Dispatch & Domestic Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Your order will be sent via Australia Post. Please note there may be delays in arrival time, as Australia Post is inundated with orders due to Covid 19 and Christmas.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not shipping internationally.

In the event that your purchase does not fit, or does not suit your pet, we will provide you with a store credit so that you can find an alternate size or product. Refunds will not be given if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size without reading the size charts provided.
Have you received a damaged or defective item? A refund will be provided if we cannot replace the goods, and if we are contacted within 48 hours of you receiving the order. Your order will not be refunded after 48 hours, however a store credit will be given if contact is made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note, delivery and shipping costs are non refundable and are at the buyer's expense.
How do I return items?
Please contact us at hello@pepeach.com.au, include the reason for the return, include the order number stated in your tax invoice, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Our cardboard boxes and mailer bags are created so that they can be reused for shipping returns if necessary.
Terms and Conditions of Returns
- Any return and exchange shipping costs are at the buyer's expense
- Goods deemed to be faulty must not be tampered with and returned in original condition to be eligible for a refund
- All packaging and tags must still be attached to the item in order to be eligible for exchanges
- Returned and exchanged goods must be sent to us unused and in its original packaging and condition
- If you mark the return 'Return to Sender', our Australia Post account will be charged a return fee. This fee will be at the buyer's expense
- Please allow 2-5 business days for exchanges to be processed
Cancellation of Orders
Pepeach may cancel your order if for any reason, your purchase was unable to be fulfilled. We will contact you in this instance.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pepeach.com.au, and we will try our very best to apply changes before the order has been dispatched.
Unclaimed and lost Parcels
If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to the sender, we are happy to send your order out again, however shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
In the unlikely event that your parcel has been lost, please contact us at hello@pepeach.com.au immediately and we will endeavour to resolve this issue.
